Therapy for High-Functioning Adults, Professionals, Creatives and Men Seeking Meaningful Change

Helping individuals navigate anxiety, stress, burnout, depression, addiction recovery, emotional overwhelm, trauma, relationship struggles, and major life transitions through a grounded and psychologically sophisticated approach.
Many people appear capable on the outside while privately struggling with anxiety, depression, emotional exhaustion, trauma, addiction, relationship difficulties, or a growing sense of emptiness and disconnection. Therapy can become a place not only for symptom relief, but for meaningful psychological change, emotional integration, and rebuilding a more authentic life. My approach combines evidence-based treatment with deeper psychological work informed by years of clinical experience, military service, corporate experience, personal recovery, and a longstanding interest in resilience, meaning, and transformation.

Looking Forward to Working With You

    Bill Leavitt

My specialty is working with people who are stressed, anxious or depressed, and hitting a rough patch – grasping for answers and help. I have worked in various capacities in psychotherapy for over 13 years and am now in private practice. I have found that what we think, our self talk, drives the emotions, but also tends to be the key to open the door to other deeper aspects of our psyche that control our patterns of behavior. Once we open the door I use a variety of techniques taken from a number of disciplines to attempt to help you heal the wounds.
