Therapy for Professionals & Executives
Success does not make you immune to anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship difficulties, or periods when life simply stops working the way it once did. In fact, accomplished people can become particularly skilled at functioning well while struggling privately.
I work with professionals, executives, business owners, creatives, and other high-functioning adults who want therapy that respects their intelligence, experience, and time. My approach is thoughtful, practical, and individualized—focused not only on reducing symptoms, but on understanding what is happening and what actually needs to change.
When You’re Functioning Well—But Something Isn’t Working
You may continue meeting deadlines, managing people, building a career, supporting a family, and handling responsibilities while privately experiencing anxiety, exhaustion, irritability, depression, relationship problems, or a growing sense of dissatisfaction.
For some people, the issue is job stress or burnout. For others, a career or relationship transition raises larger questions about identity, priorities, aging, meaning, or what they want from the next stage of life.
Therapy provides a confidential place where you do not have to perform, manage other people’s expectations, or pretend everything is fine simply because you are functioning well.
Common Reasons Professionals Seek Therapy
Professionals and executives may come to therapy for anxiety and overthinking, depression or loss of motivation, job stress and burnout, relationship difficulties, divorce or separation, career changes, leadership pressure, perfectionism, difficulty separating work from personal life, or questions about meaning and purpose.
Sometimes there is no crisis at all. You may simply recognize that the strategies that helped you succeed earlier in life are no longer producing the life you want.
A Thoughtful, Individualized Approach
I do not believe effective therapy should feel generic. My work draws from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy while also paying attention to the deeper patterns, relationships, experiences, and values that shape how you live.
The goal is not simply to function better at work. It is to understand yourself more clearly, make better decisions, improve relationships, and create meaningful change where it matters.
I provide psychotherapy for professionals and executives in Burbank, Los Angeles, and throughout California via telehealth.
